i want your opinion please on my situation. i have had precum leakage since i was 16 years old. i am now 29. only the thought of women, makes me get an erection and i have precum leakage. i didn't have premature ejaculation in the past. Your problems are due to SSRIs chemical castration of your hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal and testicular axis. As a result of chronic use of SSRIs you get HyperProlactimia (excessive hypothalamus-pituitary prolactin synthesis and release) to disable your testicular function, and it causes neuroplascity by outgrowing your serotonin, norepinephrine and epinephrine neurons, deforming the interneuron synapses, and destroying the dopamine, cholinergic and GABA nervous function, and kill and damage your liver for the deficiency of dopamine, acetylcholine, serotonin and GABA synthesis in the nervous terminals and pre-synapses. Thus, the SSRIs drugs won't increase serotonin synthesis but block the reuptaking of serotonin, leading to deformation of synapses and outgrowth of post-synaptic neurons while the the downstream nervous terminals can not synthesize serotonin with a lack of liver enzymes. Your original anxiety was a result of excessive hypothalamic and adrenal dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion while your cholinergic, serotonin and GABA fails to modulate the conversion mechanism, leading to outgrowth (neuroplasticity) of the norepinephrine and epinephrine neurons, sympathetic nervous fight and flight responses, and excessive the norepinephrine and epinephrine-induced prostaglandin E2 production everywhere for precum and semen leakage, prostate inflammation, over-reactive bladder, joint pains, body pains, panic attack, non-bacterial prostatitis, arterial/venous constriction and inflammation, dizziness, hypertension, irregular heart beat and racing, blurry vision, no concentration, and premature ejaculation.
