Dr., I'm really impressed by your products. I have been taking viapal-j plus
omega-3 and omega-6 three times daily for one month, and I think I'm

add the arginine that you have suggested.
The improvement that I had:
- I'm having morning erections every day;
- My libido has appeared. It still is unsatisfactory, but now at least I can
say it exists;
- The erections are hard. I'm not having soft erections anymore;
- During the day sometimes I can have erections thinking in sex. Manual
stimulation also can give me erections but - I don't know why - it seems that,
for now, thinking is more effective than hand stimulation for start the
erection. When the erection starts hand stimulation is more effective to
complete it.
The problems that I still have is:
- The erections fade quickly, including the morning erection;
- I still don't have spontaneous erection during the day;
- The erection process, from the starting stage to the completing stage, is
slow. I had an improvement in this speed, but it still not have the
speed that it had in the old times.
Well, I don't know if I can have hope of a total recovering, but I'm happy

but two weeks ago I have tried to begin to exercise and after 3 days I had
some aches in my knees and had to stop. I wonder if I add calcium and
magnesium, this would help me to exercise. I perceive that when I exercise my
libido seems to improve a little bit. Is this because of the exercise itself?
