Dr. Lin: 2/16/2010> I think the nervous and muscle weakness in your legs
cause your problems.
When you are on your bed, the sympathetic nervous energy flow stops at your
penis for erection. When you stand up, the sympathetic nervous action turns your
legs muscles and feet, instead of your penis.
This means, you have to increase the strength of your legs and feet if you want
to prolong your erection in the standing positioning.
To train your legs and feet muscles, you have to jog or walk 5000 steps (about 3
KM) twice a day, preferring in the morning and after dinner.
Your jogging speed should be at about 144 steps per minutes (1st superharmonics
of the heartbeat) and breath at 18 times per minutes (2nd subharmonics of the
heartbeat) to synchronize your heart beat at 72 per minutes. You can also
improve your leg and feet strength with practice of the Tai-Chi or
Tae-kwon-do's horse stand posture (or Horse-Ride posture.)
