Case Study:  Vitamin D, salt (NaCl) and minerals deficiency can cause nervous transduction disorders for dizziness, headaches, ADD, migraines, ear ringing, blurry vision, inflammation, muscle spasm and even edema
Reader: 2/20//2010> Dr Dr Lin

Please help me with this problem. My doctors think I am experiencing anxiety...which may be true, nevertheless your opinion would be very valuable to me.

Firstly, just before I sleep I experience a high pitch tone in my ears and head. It gets more intense when I clench my jaws. Then, on awakening in the morning I get lightheaded then dizzy [ie off balance...not vertigo...which I believe is a type of spinning experience]. Then, I get a headache which may change from ache on top of the head to ache at the back of the head then sometimes aching in the back of neck just below the skull. And finally sometimes I get slightly blurred vision....that is vision slightly out of focus and when look up and tense my eye and head muscles the dizziness gets worse. This has been happening for about two weeks now.

By the way, I have been diagnosed with low vitamin D which I don't know if I still have. I have also not been having salt in my diet for a long time. I don't know if I this has anything to do with it. Do you think I am suffering from some nutritional deficiency? If so, do you sell any products that will cure my condition?
Thank You
Joe

PS: By the way, for some reason I also get severe headaches when I take fish oil.

Dr. Lin: 2/20/2010> (Answer from Evanston, IL) Yes, you have experienced inflammation in the brain, eyes and ears with hormonal unbalance and mineral deficiency.
You will need ViaPal-hGH-M(3-014) and ArgiNOx(1-018), Vitamins D and A  which help you gradually rejuvenate your neuro-endocrine function, stabilize your serotonin and GABA nervous control,  and  boost your prostaglandin E-1/E-3 and Nitric Oxide production for healing .

You can not cut off salt intake since your nervous tranduction requires Na, CL, K, Zn, Ca,  and Mg.
Chloride works with sodium and potassium to regulate the fluid balance in the body and is important for the normal function of muscles and nerves. Chloride is one of the main components of salt, which is technically known as sodium chloride. Chloride is a chemical the human body needs for metabolism (the process of turning food into energy).[1] It also helps keep the body's acid-base balance. Chloride ions have important physiological roles. For instance, in the central nervous system, the inhibitory action of glycine and some of the action of GABA relies on the entry of Cl into specific neurons. Also, the chloride-bicarbonate exchanger biological transport protein relies on the chloride ion to increase the blood's capacity of carbon dioxide, in the form of the bicarbonate ion. The normal blood reference range of chloride for adults in most labs is 95 to 105 milliequivalents (mEq) per liter.
Sodium, Na, an electrolyte,  is essential to nerve transmission and muscle contraction. Sodium helps maintain body water balance.
Sodium deficiency can induce dizziness, exhaustion,  and cramps. However, excessive sodium causes hypertension and high blood pressure.
Potassium, another electrolyte, is essential for nerve transmission. During nerve transmission,
sodium floods into the cell to change the relative charge, generating the
transmission, Potassium flows out to counter the charge change. Nerve
cells then restore resting nerve potential by sodium/potassium pumps.
Thus, potassium is necessary for adequate muscle contraction and rapid transmission of nerve impulses through the body, that is essential for smooth and coordinated movement of muscle as related to motion.
It improves dilation of the blood vessels
during exercise, and thus increase blood circulation to dissipate heat.
Magnesium plays an important role in the maintenance of the electrical and physical integrity of heart muscle.
Magnesium can affect muscle relaxation through direct action on the cell membrane. Mg++ ions close certain types of calcium channels, which conduct a positively charged calcium ion into the neuron. With an excess of magnesium, more channels will be blocked and the nerve will have less activity.
Magnesium deficiency is linked to common conditions such as mitral valve prolapse, migraines, attention deficit disorder, fibromyalgia, asthma and allergies.
ZINC is involved in many chemical reactions in the brain. It is essential in the development and continuous normal
functioning of the central nervous system. There are many metalloenzymes and binding proteins in the body that
require zinc for normal functioning.
