Reader: 11/22/1998> Dr. Lin, I was tested a few years ago and have elevated levels of testorone, prolactin, and a microadenoma on my pituitary. I am wondering if this is why I have trouble reaching orgasm? I can only have one with clitoral stimulation, even with penetration. I have enough lubrication and get very excited, yet I never had an orgasm without having to stimulate myself. I do have a strong drive. Is my hormone imbalance something to look into?
