Case Study - Infertility, endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome - No sexual orgasm!

I have a history of infertility due to endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome. My periods are not normal and I am currently taking bcp's. My husband and I have underwent several infertility treatments, but are not trying anymore due to 2 miscarriages in the past. My sexual desire has decreased to almost nothing. I am 32 years old. I am also having insomnia, mood swings, depression, aggitation, and trouble concentrating. I am really concerned with all the symptoms that I have been having. I do not have them everday, but occasionally through out the month, but not on a daily basis. My gyn wants to put me on Zoloft, but I am afraid it will decrease my sexual desire even more. I tried it for a few days in the past and it did just that, so I got off of it. I do feel like I need to be on it. I really need to have a better concentration ability due to an exam that is coming up in May. I would appreciate your input and advice.

The possible causes of endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome are:
1. Hormone unbalance - A chronic Estrogen dominance or a chronic of progesterone deficiency, as a result of thyroid or pituitary disorder, or exposure to environmental estrogen contained in pesticides, herbicides, incineration of plastics or hazardous waste. The disorder causes no release of Luteinizing Hormone(LH) that trigger an egg release, and continuous release of Follicle-Stimulation Hormone(FSH) to grow the accumulated eggs that turns to polycysts.
2. Early onset of menstruation - Forced hormone unbalance or having too much artificial hormone intake from food and drink.
3. Delay of first pregnancy - Stagnation of blood in sex organs. Childbirth help disperse blood in sex organs through labor or contraction of the uterus.
4. Stagnation of blood (blood congestion) or Chi (bioenergy) in the sex organs - sitting too long or non-orgasmic intercourse (uterine and overian stress and tension).
5. Weak immune and endocrine systems - also hormone unbalance.
6. Stress and Tension - undercharge (parasympathetic function) of bioelectric cells in sex organs, and overconsumption (sympathetic function) of bioenergy in sex organs, resulting in deficiency of bioenergy or Chi in the uterus and ovaries failing to release matured eggs.
My suggested solutions are:
