I am concerned about the way that my body easily bruises. Bruises just appear out of nowhere...I don't even recall bumping myself. I was wondering if maybe my body is lacking some sort of mineral or vitamin. I have faithfully taken for the last 4 years GNC's Ultr? Bruises are signals of poor blood circulation in your body, spotty trapping of blood or blood congestion. You should use pressure massage to test your problem first.
Apply muscle rub to the bruise spots and massage the skin with pressure for 5-10 minutes. The bruise spots will turn to dark red in 1-2 hours, to red in 1-3 days, and then to pink in 2-5 days. Eventually. they will be gone.
