Reader 1: 8/20/1999> I am 39 and My wife is 23. I have problems to this day, at this age, with holding back ejaculation past 10 to 15 minutes. I suggest you quit smoking and reduce smoking if possible. 2. It seems you have sensed the middle agers' problems. You have to change your intercourse habit. Don't use the 2nd ejaculation to make her come. It is a very harmful practice. the new strategy is to hold the ejaculation back for more than 40 minutes, so that she can achieve sexual orgasm when your penis is stimulated to an extreme.
