I suspect that Estorgen (actually, Estradiol) grows the lips, like it does in your adolescence! This problem is a result of the liver Aromatasation that converts testosterone and its precursors into estradiol. Excessive estradiol stimulates growth of the tissues which rich in estrogen receptors. These tissues can be in labia, uterus, ovaries and breasts. This is how tumors and cancers develop too. The male prostate can be stimulated by excessive estradiol to enlarge too.
