Case Study: Low fat diet, exercise, erection and sexual orgasm! Solutions!

I've read in several health & fitness magazines that an extremely low fat diet prohibits the production if testosterone in the male body. I eat a very low fat diet, run about 40-50 miles per week, 35 yrs old., and consider myself in excellent health. I have a somewhat low sex drive, and it seems the more I exercise, and the less fat I have in my diet, the worse my sex drive is. Is this true, and if it is, what can I do about it?

Low-fat diet contains too less L-Arginine, the human Growth Hormone (hGH) releaser, and the hormone-building substances. Exercise consumes a lot of hGH, DHEA and testosterone in your tissues, muscles, and ligaments. You have nothing left for your penis. That is, I advise young people and teenagers to use exercise for the reduction of masturbation frequency.
You are starting to experience midlife transition. If your testosterone (and DHEA)  level drops to a critical  level, your penis will shrink. You have exercised your muscles and ligaments, but ignore your penis! To exercise your penis, you need a lot of hGH, DHEA and testosterone to help erection.
