Reader: 10/10/1999> Hi! I have a couple of things on my mind. First, for about the last 8 years, I have fluid rush into my penis suddenly & without warning. The penis feels full like I have to urinate. But when I try a thick, slimy substance like egg white comes out. I guess its semen. When the fluid rushes into my penis there it feels similar to the need to urinate, but different. There is some pleasurable sensation with it. But my penis is not erect & there is no sexual stimulation & if I let it out,(usually I just hold it back) there is no pumping as when ejaculating. It just runs out of me. It can happen any time without warning. But it happens most frequently after I urinate. When I'm done, & I zip up my pants I feel the rush of fluid(not every time I urinate, only sometimes). Is this anything to be concerned about? If so, what can I do to correct it? Second, I've noticed that lately my erections are not as high (I can only get to 3 o'clock, sometimes 2 o'clock) & not as firm & my ejaculations are rather weak. Maybe it's just age, I'm 38. But it seems that this started about 4 or 5 years ago when I had a particular experience. At that time I was on the verge of ejaculation. I had just been learning of hold back techniques.
