The problem is the stimulation location on the perineum, pubis and penile shaft. Some methods can stimulate the sexual nerve to promote ejaculation or masturbation, leading to sexual exhaustion and penile shrinkage. If you can eliminate ejaculation when you practice a non-mechanical method, you may be able to naturally swell your penis to an extreme size, with a lot hormone burning inside your prostate and penis. So, the trick of this practice is to avoid the stimulation of the urethral nerve which runs along the urethra from the glans neck (the male trigger zone) to the prostate ejaculation controller. When you use a method to stimulate your penis, you must be able to hold ejaculation back.
