Women on heavy soy diet with light red meat and dairy products will have a little longer period. 2. The ovulation day is in the middle of the menstrual cycling, where 2 days around it requires heavy contraception with condom + water-based spermicide jelly. 3. Allow 3 days for sperm and egg to survive and for counting the uncertainty error of the menstrual cyclin. 4. Thus, the conceptive period is about 7 days in the middle of the menstrual cycle, during which, excluding the ovualtion day (I prefer counting 2 days), you can use spermicide jelly. The safest way is to conside the conceptive period to be 8 or 9 days. 5. It is not neccessary to have contraception for the rest of the days. |
