In turn, the sexual energy stimulates the brain's Acetylcholine system and the parasympathetic sexual nerve for powering up the penis to an extreme. When the penis becomes extremely large and long, the blood pressure inside the penile shaft will block the urethral nervous link to the prostate, and the penis becomes partially or fully numbed. In this way, you can make your lady achieve orgasm before you or even without ejaculation. When the penis is in the extreme size, you will feel an explosive pressure from the pubis and tail bone to power the erection.
