 Case Study: 18-year old's impotency resulting from smoking Marijuana + Overmasturbating for no sexual orgasm. Reader: 2/2/2000> I am an 18 year old male and for about the past 7 months I have noticed that my penis' sexual sensitivity has diminished and its erectile ability has been significantly decreased. My penis is not as sensitive to stimulation as it used to be, I noticed that when I touch the head of my penis it doesn't have that "tickling" sensation -- well, not as much anyway. Sometimes its more sensitive than others, like when I'm in my Jeans Pants (I wear boxers) for example, simply the friction against the head of my penis cause by walking might somtimes trigger a weak but noticeable erection. I have a difficult time getting a HARD erection, its usually semi-hard. I can't get a very stiff erection very often, only once in a while am I able to do this. I often loose my erections and often take very long to reach orgasm because I have to stimulate myself very much and relatively vigorously. When I reach orgasm, or eventually "give up", and loose my "erection" it sometimes stays "tense" -- I could tell that its limp but it still bulges and the tissue feels tough and relatively thick. I think my sex drive has also "shut down" because I have little sexual desire and have a low sexual response to sexual stimuli whether its mental, visual or physical. I used to smoke ciggarrettes a few months ago but quit, I do smoke Marijuana regularly (but I have been doing this for over a year now and it has never affected my sexuality neggatively), and ever since the age of 13 I have been masturbating A LOT -- usually 4-7 times per day (sometimes more). I need to know what dietary supplements (over-the-counter) I can take, exercises, etc. to help fix this frightening problem of mine. Hoping to hear a positive and optimistic response from you soon...
