Case Study: Prostate problem and sexual orgasm Reader 1: 2/12/2000> I am having trouble that I can't seem to communicate to my urologist. I have had recurrent prostatitis (non bacterial) and lately seem to have trouble with getting an erection. When I do get an erection, the "sensations" are not nearly what they once were.
