Hello Dr. Lin with absolute amazement I came across your website and its wealth of good information on sexual problems. I am writing on behalf of my girlfriend with a slightly different problem. She is 33 but still battles with cyclic recurrences of acne and blackheads on her skin (face, back and decolete). This happens before her menstruation and is most unpleasant for her. Do you have any suggestions to improve her predicament? Thank you

she needs a little more estrogen to help her out during the end of her luteal phase.
A little bit of estrogen-base birth control pill can help solve her problem.
Caution: Don't try a heavy dose.
