My question deals with vaginal size. Can vagina's stretch due to using larger devices then one's sexual partner? In other words, if a wife has a toy considerably larger then her spouse, will continued usage enlarge the vagina?

Consider the vagina is a rubber tube. If the rubber tissues are very elastic, stretching would not enlarge the vaginal size or orifice. The elasticity of the muscles depend on the testosterone and DHEA level in the local tissues.
Vaginal exercise, massage and stimulation can bring more testosterone and DHEA to help develop the hormonal receptors in the local tissues, leading to improvement of sexual and orgasmic responses, if the female bloodstream has a high level of testosterone and DHEA.
