Reader: 7/5/2000> I had 10 pelvic surgeries including a hysterectomy for endometriosis. 3 surgeries ago it bcame incredibly painful to have intercourse. I tried testsoterone and dilators. You have surgery scars inside your vagina. But, the scars can be resolved by vaginal massage. Most of women who had had Episiotomy or torn her vaginal orifice during childbirth get scars too. My wife got the scar when she gave birth to our daughters. In the first 6 months, the scars did causes a lot of intercourse pains. The scar tissues are very sensitive to friction, due to the cutting of some nervous fibers! But, I gave her vaginal massage on the scars tissues by fingering or penile screwing every day. We also continued to have sex with the high-attack angle love positions and the 3-point Excitation Love Position to avoid the direct stimulation on the scar tissues. In fact, these love positions also gave the scar tissues a lot of massage. The scar gradually had disappeared and the damaged nerves had healed back in one year after childbirth.
