Case Study - Pain, cramp, headache resulting from multiple sexual orgasm (s). Why? Modulation of the serotonin action with the parasympathetic nervous function.
Reader: 7/15/2000>
I am a 35 year old women. I am multi orgasm capable of
having as many as 5 orgasm during 1 lovemaking session. My problem
is that sometimes after an intense orgasm, I get a bad headache.
Mostly the pain starts up the spine to the back of my head. This
usually last for about 1 minute, however, it's kind of intense.
The last time I had sex, the headache was in the front of my brain
as opposed to the back. The only difference this time is that
I was in a standing up position instead of my usual laying down.
I desparately NEED to know why this is happening. On a last
note, I have a very high libido. Thank you for any advice you
can give me.

Dr. Lin: 7/18/2000>
Your orgasmic head and pain are a result of over-discharging the bioelectric energy in the parasympathetic nervous system due to multiple orgasms. It is similar to sexual exhaustion.
Your multiple orgasmic capacity and libido are built on the huge testosterone, DHT and Oxytocin receptor sites in your vaginal/uterine tissues. Sexual activities burns a lot of testosterone to DHT, but sexual orgasm discharges the parasympathetic system charged by the testosterone burning, via the sympathetic nervous system.
When you come again and again, your endocrine function can not supply sufficient testosterone to charge the brain's parasympathetic battery.
It is very easy to come again and again after you break your orgasmic barrier in each love session.
The reason you can come again and again after your first orgasm is, your clitoral/vaginal/uterine becomes extreme sensitive due to a high level of DHT (dihydrotestosterone), the burning product of testosterone during sex) and Oxytocin trapped in the hormone receptors in the clitoral/vaginal/uterine tissues, and your brain/nervous function is also in the sympathetic mood that can continuously discharge bioelectric energy until you fully exhaust.
The excessive discharge of the brain's parasympathetic battery will modulate (reduce) the Serotonin Action on the brain, resulting in depression and migraine headache.
At the age of 35, your vaginal lining is thinner than it was. Your orgasmic responses will increase and keep going and going unless you have a sudden testosterone drop, that is, around your 45-50. Your testosterone production may be dropping so slowly that it won't affect your sexual and orgasm response due to a dense testosterone and DHT receptors in your vaginal/urethral spongy tissues. As a result, women can still achieve orgasm very easily and powerfully, but experience orgasmic pains or cramp in the low abdomen, perineum area,  tailbone muscles and headache due to the deficiency of testosterone and DHEA in the contractile muscles and tissues where there is a low density of testosterone and DHEA receptors. A prolapsed or tilted uterus can induce the post-orgasm pains and cramps in the pelvic area from the low abdomen to the tail bone.
