You assume that gene scientists or medical doctors can play the God for us! Particularly, the penile size is concerned. You ignores the mechanism of penile erection Consider you can increase 40% of your penile size, but your cardiovascular function can not pump so much extra blood into your penile cylinders. you will end up hanging a long sausage in your crotch, pointing to the ground. Then, you have a useless long, but soft, penis. Have you ever seen a long penis (longer than 8 inches, produced by the good penile genes! you can find these big-penis freaks in the adult magazines or movies.) pointing to a position above the 3 o'clock!? So, you can see the picture of the problem associated with a large penis - soft erection point to the ground.
