Dear Dr. Lin,

I happened to stumble onto your site and was hoping you could help me. I would greatly appreciate any help you could provide.

10 years ago, at the age of 21, I began to tighten my perineal muscles DURING ejaculation. I found that if I focused hard enough I could actually stop the flow of the
fluid. The reason I did this was because I have had a problem with premature ejaculation ever since I was 18.
