I have had 8 pregnancy losses. I just recently had a consult
with a fertility specialist, but did not ask him a question
regarding orgasm. Partly because it's sonunds a little
ridiculous. But I believe I may be causing the miscarrages.
I have exteamly strong clitoral orgasms. They cause
involuntary contractions of my vagina and I am concerned that
it's action is disrupting implantation. The doctor felt that
maybe it was a lack in uterin lining. Sounds good to me, but

Your doctor is right. This problem is associated with a lack of uterine lining (endometrium), due to a lack of progesterone.
It is obvious that your body produces too less progesterone because you can have a strong clitoral orgasm that induces involuntary contraction of your vaginal muscle. A High Progesterone Level, usually occurring after ovulation in an attempt to secure pregnency, will reduce and knock down orgasm intensity in the luteal phase or the high-temperature period as shown in

A high progesterone level will thick the uterine lining for the seeding of the fertilized eggs and produce a high level of prolactin to mitigate or suppress the uterine contraction in order to secure pregnancy.
Once the fertilized egg is implanted, the fetus will elevate your progesterone and estrogen level more than 30-100 times and your vaginal and uterine lining become watery. Naturally, the orgasm intensity will become weaker and weaker and eventually disappear after 30 weeks or so pregnancy. This is the natural protection of pregnancy. About 1-2 weeks prior to parturition, the progesterone and estrogen will drop down rapidly to prepare for separation.
If you can still achieve orgasm so easily and strongly in the luteal phase, your progesterone is too low to secure the seeding of the fertilized eggs. You may have to consider a progesterone/estrogen therapy for this purpose.
