Your erection is too soft to let her feel something inside.
The vagina is "designed" as a birth canal. Naturally, the sensory nerves in the lining layer are not sensitively, unless the lining tissues is irritated.
You need a hard erection to exert a pressures against her urethral nerves, so that she can feel good about sex.
And only a hard erection can help you last longer. A hard erection can block the nervous transmission along your urethra tract, as shown in

Once you have a hard erection, you can relax your prostate and don't need a PC muscle exercise (contraction of the prostate muscle) during sex to assist your erection. A simple method to relax the prostate
muscle is given in

But, you must have a hard erection without oral or hand jobs.
At the age 18, you are experiencing the erectile dysfunction. Obviously, you have a long
history of over-masturbation and over-ejaculation. I wonder you have started masturbation before you reached your 10.
The damage is very severe! You better solve your erectile dysfunction
first!
