Case Study - Hysterectomy and sexual orgasm - testing the charge and orgasmic nervous circuits
Reader: 11/12/2000>
How can i get a good orgasm during sex? I have had a hystermony and sex isn't the same now what should i do..My horomones isn't right either???? Thanks for answering me
Dr. Lin: 11/12/2000>
We have completely studied the relationship between hysterectomy and
orgasm for a long time.
The orgasmic intensity depends on how many sensory-sympathetic (sensing-motoring) nervous circuits via interneurons at spinal cords T10-L2 are triggered.
To turn on the orgasmic circuits, it requires the sexual energy (charge) circuits (sensory-parasympathetic nervous circuits via the Sacral nerves S2-S4 to erect the female penis - the clitoral and urethral spongy tissues. The erection of the female penis along the roof of the vagina will create a high stress and strain on the T10-L2 orgasmic circuit. The intensifying stimulation of the urethral spongy tissues will charge the orgasmic circuits and trigger the sympathetic nerves for "fight" excution when the stress level is over the edge.
The urethral spongy tissues includes the orgasmic and charge circuits.
Hystermony may destruct some of the nervous circuits and remove the major hormonal receptors for testosterone estrogen, oxytocin and DHT (dihydrotestosterone).
testosterone and DHT are required to erect the urethral spongy tissues to create stress and strain for the Oragsmic sensory nerves. Estrogen help trap fluid for lubrication and fill the tissues with fluid. Oxytocin help initiate contraction of the uterus and vagina for orgasm.
It is very difficult to figure how many nerves and hormonal receptors were removed.
Here are my suggestion to test your orgasmic capacity:
1. Testing the Charge Circuits - Take ViaGrowth-IV twice a day to elevate your DHEA, testosterone and estrogen levels daily. During sexual encounter, you watch a porn movie and he applies Finger Pliers Massage on both sides of your urethra for 5-10 minutes. Your clitoris and your G-spot should be trippled in size.
Erection of your clitoris and G-spot (urethral spongy tissues) are the pre-requirement for orgasm.
If you fails to do so, but your clitoris is very sensitive, you can still achieve orgasm.
2, Turning on your orgasmic circuits - Try to focus the stimulation on the first 2-3 inches of the urethral nerves with my Finger Pliers Method. If you don't feel peeing or pain, increase the stimulation pressure and rate his fingers can provides as described in

If you fail to erect your urethral spongy tissues and your clitoral and G-spot nevers are insensitive, you have to regrow the nerves and hormonal receptors in the urethral spongy tissues with ViaGrowth-IV and Finger Pliers Massage. It will take a while to restore your orgasm capacity.
The other way to orgasm is to use anal sex to trigger orgasm near the tail bones or to learn the tailbone orgasm by contracting the tailbone muscle during vaginal stimulation.
