Case Study - Hysterectomy, urinary inconsistency and sexual orgasm.
Reader: 11/23/2000>
Thankyou for replying to my email so quickly. what is estrogen? I had a hystorectomy
5 years ago, so I am dry in my vigina, and we have to use lubricant some times, when I get wet its because I actually urinate alot when I'm having orgasms. I feel really bad some times that I'm doing this and as you can imagine it sprays everywhere during sex, and it makes the bed room smell, my partner is very understanding but I find it embarrasing. please help me. I had a test up the hostpital but they can't seem to find the problem as I'm not incontinent, they don't seem to believe me. I don't know of any one else doing this, I can't seem to find any information about this problem, I've searched the net. Is this a common problem? Jane.

Oop! this is just opposite. A high level of estrogen, in
conjunction with a high level of DHEA and testosterone, usually promote female ejaculation from the uterus and vagina, rather than the urethra, upon a powerful Level-6 or -7 sexual orgasm. The powerful vaginal orgasms requires a full engorgements of the labia,
clitoris, urethra, vagina and uterus, so that the porosities in the pelvic muscles and spongy tissues fully retain fluids for orgasmic ejaculation. On the other hand, the urethral female ejaculation requires no sexual orgasm. Of course, it can accompany with the clitoral or G-spot orgasm when the urethral nerves are over-stimulated, without erecting the urethral/vaginal spongy tissues. Your "Female Ejaculation" is a result of urinary inconsistency.
It seems hysterectomy has somewhat damaged the cervical side (around the urinary
sphincter muscle) of your bladder's parasympathetic nerves which partially control urination and partially erect your
urethral spongy tissues. When your DHEA hormonal level starts to run low as aging, your parasympathetic nervous functions become too weak to give you a consistent control of your bladder and and urinary sphincter muscle.
Estrogen is the female hormone that makes your body become female, helps you lubricate your vagina for penile penetration, and builds the strength of your skeleton. Currently, you lack of estrogen since you are solely relying on adrenal glands to produce sexual hormones - estrogen and testosterone, in addition to DHEA.
To regain the consistent control, you have to elevate your DHEA and testosterone level to charge your parasympathetic nervous system. In addition, you need estrogen to prevent hot flash and bone loss.
In this regard, Viagrowth-IV (1-005) and Estroven (2-003) can help you out.
http://action.love/mail/herbform.htm
You have to take 2 tablets of ViaGrowth-IV a day to reverse the current situation and then reduce the dosage to 1 tablet a day.
you need extra dose of plant estrogen (Isoflavones), more than 50 mg per day, to meet your body need.
These dietary supplements will give you sufficient vaginal lubrication for sex. We have tested them for post-menopause women.
To properly charge your bladder's parasympathetic nerves, you also have to periodically contract your vaginal (PC) and anal/tailbone muscles during peeing or lovemaking. Testosterone will be burned to charge your parasympathetic and sympathetic nerves in the bladder and vaginal tissues, so that the local parasympathetic nerves will help you regain your urinary control upon the stimulation of your urethral nerves.
