Case Study - Nervous Pathways for Wet-dream orgasms and awake sexual orgasm.
Reader: 12/2/2000>
The only time I ever have orgasms is in my sleep. I know they are real because I've never felt anything like it before, and wake upon having them. I have no complaints about this but would like to know if it is normal, and how to achieve them while awake!
Dr. Lin: 12/3/2000> Normal and wonderful!
Two nervous pathways can trigger orgasm:
1. brain (the dopamine system)/mind => spinal cord nerves T10-L2 => sympathetic nerves to uterine/urethral
nerves, while the dopamine system triggers the pituitary to release the orgasm
hormone Oxytocin to the uterus.
2. Urethral sensory nerves => spinal cord nerves T10-L2 => sympathetic nerves to uterine/urethral
nerves, while the urethral spongy tissues are fully erected to induce a rhythmic
pressure (stress) on the Epicenter
(the female prostate where the orgasm pacemaker - the autorhythmic fibers- is
located) which signals the pituitary to release Oxytocin to initiate the
contractile fibers in the vaginal and uterine muscles.
Pathway 1 gives you morning wet dream orgasms during sleeping, and fantasy orgasm when some body stimulates your reception/reflection zones of T10-L2 nerves and your brain enters a sexual fantasy state.
Pathway 2 allows you to orgasm during a full awake, that is stimulation of your urethral nerves with a
rhythmic pressures (about 3-6 Pounds per Square Inch).
