I have been masturbating since I was 16 about 3 times daily. I was on anti-depressents for 5 years and I used to have to strain myself to ejaculate because of their side effects. During this time I seemed to develope a lot of problems with inablity to ejaculate. I would also have symptoms after ejaculation from buring urination, tenderness feeling above groin area in muscles, pain behind groin.
