Thus, at the moment, her face deforms and becomes numbed, her pupil dilates, and the face muscle in her front head tenses so much that her lacrimal glands and/or sac squeeze tear out of her eyes and/or nose.

That is, her brain is over-heated. Increasing her brain's acetylcholine and serotonin levels can prevent the brain's over-heating during sex and allows her to peak up her sexual energy and give her an eruptive orgasm. Most women with the brain's over-heating will result in premature orgasm. For men, it is called mind-driven premature ejaculation - ejaculation upon penetration.
