Dear Dr. Lin,

I have been using your wonderful Via-Pal HgH-D formula for a couple
of weeks, and the results are fabulous! I do have a question regarding
the use of sports supplements, such as HMB and Creatine, as I also
bodybuild, and have read a statement in your site regarding

Could you tell me whether their consumption is advisable with your
products, or should they be cycled, taken on alternate days, etc.

Currently I use Via-Growth IV, once or twice a day,(more often when I
plan to have sex) with 2 days off in a week, I also use Fibra with

days. I have also tried 5-HTP with these, trying to keep the dosage
around 15-25mg. I have had great success with engorgement of my
g-spot (very pronounced) and my clitoris is much more responsive
and arousal to the orgasm state is shortened and very intense.
I do not wish to lose this enhancement of my love life, but wonder
about the above mentioned supplements, as I have had success with

Limitation of any sport supplements dosage is about 300-500 mg (typically for HMB and creatine), depending on body weight and liver functions.
