Dear Dr Lin;
Can i please seek your professional advice on my problem which urologists that I've visited couldnt diagnose.
My tip of the penis (glan) is soft & tender (at most times) and is painful when touched. It has been like this since I was 19yrs old.
Strangely it is painful only when the tip (ie penis head) is touched with the foreskin retracted. It is painful when for example during an intercourse or simply by touching the penis head with my thumb/fingers. One way to avoid the pain is to make sure that the penis foreskin covers the tip of the penis preventing it from "rubbing" on anything e.g underwear. However this is quite impossible to do when my penis is erect as the foreskin will retract.
