Your problems are associated with urogenital Reiter Syndrome.
It seems you may expose to epidemics of bacteria known to promote Reiter Syndrome.
The syndrome usually follows an episode of Urethritis, Cervicitis, or Dysentery.
The genital source is usually associated with Chlamydia Trachomatis, herpes or other typies of STD. Herpes is incurable, but controllable. Chlamydia is the commonest, frequently symptomless, STD, but treatable with antibiotics in early stage. If untreated, it can result in pelvic infection and infertility. You should see your doctor to try if antobiotics can work for you at your current stage.
For women, it may manifest as a Cervicitis or cystitis .
Some signs includes clear, mucoid discharge, burning of the urine, blood in the urine, meatal edema (including glans penis and clitoris), and erythema.
