How prolactin and progesterone level affect sexual intercourse and orgasm

I actually have a different sort of a question. I was curious as to how the prolactin and progesterone levels are affected by sexual intercourse. I have heard that having sex can indirectly reduce your prolactin level which is what I need to do. Is there anything about sex that can help the progesterone and prolactin levels beside medications? Also, are there any aphrodisiacs that are natural for men? Like any drops or anything? My boyfriend has a very low sex drive. What can help this? Please help. A High Prolactin level means that the brain's dopamine or/and testosterone level is low, resulting in PMS pain/cramp, low libido, and orgasmic dysfunction.
