Case Study -   Penile damage by stretching exercises for no erection and sexual orgasm

Dr. Lin,

I recently must have injured my penis, I was pulling down on it and I saw that it seemed to hang a little longer than usual for a little bit. Ever since then I have had a very difficult time getting an erection. I don't know if I hurt a nerve or broke a vessel. It takes me an unusually long time to stimulate my penis to erection. I don't have that much problem keeping it, but I have a hard time getting one. Please help me with whatever info possible. I've already seen a urologist and he thinks its only in my mind.
