Hello

I bought some MoodMax from you and I'm happy with the results. I'm now 
trying to use your ChiKong breathing and balooning method but am having 
trouble.

I've read case 9323 and many others about it, but I can't find some answers 
I need.

First, do you inhale, then hold breath, then put pressure on bladder, then 
tighten tailbone muscles? Or do you do it all as you inhale in one motion?

Second, I think I may be trying to squeeze my butts to hard because I always 
feel my prostate contrict (and feel a little pleasure). When I tighten 
butts there shouldn't be any pleasure feeling? Can you recommend any 
practice or positions to master this technique. I'm doing this alone. The 
exercises I've read about on the website are riding horse stance and trying 
to stop urination on my toes.

Also, how will I know when its working?

You put too much pressure on the bladder and tailbone. If you contract the tailbone too hard, it will affect the prostate muscle. 
You have to expand the prostate muscle by expanding the bladder first. The expansion of the prostate muscle due to the pressure against the bladder should be balanced out by the influence of the tailbone contraction. This is the way to avoid the contraction of the prostate muscle.
Inhale to fill your 1/2 lungs, lower the pressure down to your bladder, hold it and then slightly contract your tailbone muscle with a digital inhaling a rate of 0.8-12 seconds (during sex using the 0.8 second rate; while in a relaxing state or during urinating 
use the 10 second rate). You can stop urinating by squeezing your butts against the tailbone (the S1-S5 parasympathetic nerves) without contracting your prostate muscle. Do it!
If you know how to practice it during urinating, you can practice it during sex! All the love positions shown in the CD-ROM can  incorporate this sexual ChiKong practice during lovemaking since I use them. Try the horse-ride posture and 3-point Love 
Position first.
