Over-ejaculation /over-masturbation for impotency, premature ejaculation, prostatitis and no sexual orgasm

I am a 28 year old male and I have been married for 4 years. I have had a premature ejaculation problem for about 10 years. it never used to be that bad when I was dating and during the first 2 years of marriage.
