Well! You have damaged the parasympathetic nervous endings in your penile arteries when you did the penile enlargement "exercises" with a low level of DHEA and androstenedione in the penile tissues and a weak synthesis of nitric oxide (NO) in the nervous endings. The result is the "plastic or fatigue" (non-elastic) deformation of the penis. DHEA, androstenedione (for testosterone and estrogen in the penile tissues) and NO, in conjunction with the cardiovascular pumping of blood to the penile spongy "balloons", are essential to the penile enlargement. The penile tissues are not muscles. If you break down the penile spongy tissues (the interchained tiny blood balloons), your penis will be deformed plastically and you can no long erect your penis upward as it is supposed to do naturally. The penile plastic deformation occurs when the local spongy tissues are overloaded with a load or stress excessive to the tissue elastic limit. Applying an alternating stress on the penile tissues with a deficiency of DHEA/androstenedione/NO, even that the stress magnitude is within the tissue elastic limit, will result in penile fatigue deformation, where the penis is like an elastic bar being chronically stretched, compressed or bended with an alternating load or stress.
