Ejaculation with blood for no sexual orgasm

For the past 2 weeks, when I ejaculate after masturbation, there is a lot of blood in the semen. The first "burst" is usually normal-colored semen, but all subsequent bursts are blood mixed with semen. I went to a local clinic, where I received a checkup, which included genital, kidneys, and prostate exams. I also gave a urine sample. Both the doctor and the nurses, when I went to check back on the report, said that nothing was wrong. I'm still worried, since I'm still ejaculating blood. What could it be, and what treatments can I take? I'm planning on going to another doctor this weekend, but I'd like another opinion first.

If there is nothing wrong, this is a result of an abrasion of your ejaculation duct.
It happens when the lining of the ejaculation duct is too thin to stand the high-speed seminal jet, and when the prostate and seminal vesicles contract too hard for shooting your loads out through the prostate/seminal-vesicle nozzle - the narrow ejaculation duct.
Utrasonic or MRI scanners can not reveal the microdamage of the ejaculation duct. But, let your doctor gives them a try. At least, you will know if this problem is a result of cancers or tumors in your kidneys or prostates. Since you are only 20 years old, the chance of cancers and tumors in these organs is very rare for you. Over-masturbation and an extremely high testosterone-estrogen ratio in the tissues will cause the problem. Like the vaginal lining, the ejaculation duct lining varies with the testosterone-estrogen ratio and estrogen level. Estrogen helps thicken the lining and protect the underlay nerves from stimulation - for better ejaculation control, but estrogen can kill erection if the testosterone-estrogen ratio is too low.
