Dear Dr. Lin,
I’m afraid my penis is permanently damaged but I’m hoping that perhaps you can give me some suggestion for improvement even if there’s no total fix. I began masturbating since the age of 4. However the way I did it was by exerting pressure on my penis against the floor or any hard surface with my penis in the flaccid state. This method allowed me to experience orgasm from a very early age and I used this method for 5 or 6 years. Unfortunately now my erections are very week at the base of the penis. In fact when I do get an erection, the girth of my penis is thick by the head and gets thinner and softer as it gets closer to the base. My problem is that although I can achieve penetration during sex, I know there’s no way I could be pleasing the girl with my broken penis.
I read a lot of Q&As on your site but did not find any cases similar to mine. I did not brake my penis with a sudden pop, which seems to be the more common way; in stead I think I must’ve destroyed tissues by the constant pressure I put on my flaccid penis.
