Testosterone abuse grows her penis

My wife takes testosteron for her lupus.. She has been taken it for quite some years now... Just recently I went down on her....and found that when I get her all horny, she had like a little penis coming out.. It's about 3/4 inch wide, and an inch long... It's part of her uretha....
