Urinary incontinency or urethral female ejaculation; on vaginal ejaculation during sexual orgasm

This is a curiosity question. A few of my friends were sitting around when one asked if a woman ever urinated during sex. He said that it happened to him once where a woman urinated during finger insertion into the vaginal area. Why do woman urinate during sex? We have even asked woman who can not answer this question. We would really appreciate your input. Thank you!!

You are talking about two possible phenomena:
1. Urinary incontinency - resulting from a weak GVA-GSE parasympathetic nervous function of S1 and S2 in the bladder-urethral sphincter muscles which serve as the control valve of the bladder-urethral gate. If the urethral ejaculation has the urine smell and yellowish color, the ejaculation fluid is urine.

2. Urethral Female Ejaculation - discharging from the so-called Skene's glands, the female "seminal" vesicles distributed along the urethral spongy tissues up to the contractile fibers between the bladder and cervix/uterus. The discharge is odorless and crystal clear. It is not semen-like. Some women can shoot out ejaculation like a water jet from the urethral orifice without orgasm; some ejaculates vaginally during orgasm.

Note: most of women ejaculate vaginally during orgasm without notice, due to the small ejaculation volume which can be smeared by heavy vaginal lubricants or cervical mucus. The vaginal female ejaculation will dilute the vaginal lubricants or cervical mucus. That is, the viscosity of vaginal fluids will change and become thinner if vaginal female ejaculation occurs during orgasm. My wife can feel vaginally ejaculating.
