Hello Dr. Lin,

This is my third time writing you, and I am proud to say that all of your techniques have worked well for me in the past. I am coming to you this time because for about two weeks I have tried Penile stretching by hanging a 5lb. weight at the head of my penis, to try and make my penis longer.
