Hello Dr. Lin,

I was fascinated by your theories and your biological explainations of our sexual

I alternated the vibrator with hand masturbation. I didn't think using either once
a day would affect me. 

The results were troubling, to say the least. I realized I was desenitized.
I stopped using the vibrator right away. 

I'm 17 now, and now I only masturbate once every 3 days (to play safe). Orgasms
aren't as great as they used to be, and my penis head had shrunken. Also, the
top of my penis was numb, completely senseless. Only the frenum and the base 
was sensitive. In fact, it was the only way I could orgasm in the first place.
I was scared, because this big split in penile top/bottom sensitivity disabled me.
My penis was also in a 4 o'clock position. I also don't get erections as often;
only thru some physical/ manual stimulation. Fantasizing was not as effective,

Dr. Lin: 8/31/2001> The Vibrator has damaged the nervous endings and spongy tissues in your penis. You have to repair the nerves and tissues. Here are the answers of your questions: 
1. Your problems result from the destruction of brain's acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin nervous functions by over-discharging the brain/spine fluid in semen via over-masturbation before and during your puberty.
Destruction of the acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous functions kills the ability of normal bioelectric recharge/restoration of the internal organs. It causes the brain to turn on the sympathetic nervous "Fight or Flight" without proper modulation of the parasympathetic and serotonin nervous functions. The pituitary, cardiovascular, liver, adrenal, testicular/ovarian, bladder/prostate, and sexually erectile functions will suffer the most from the weak parasympathetic nervous functions. The most visible phenomenon is the sexual dysfunction for men (weak erection resulting in penile shrinking and premature ejaculation) and women (shrinking Clitoris, G-spot and urethral spongy tissues resulting in vaginal looseness). The most critical factors in this regard are that the liver function can not produce sufficient enzymes to convert nutrients to hormones (such as DHEA, androstenedione and testosterone) and neurotransmitters (such as acetylcholine, dopamine, serotonin and the erectile messenger Nitric Oxide (NO)), and that the adrenal glands produce less DHEA to support their chicken-eggs parasympathetic functions which, in turn, drive the adrenal functions for DHEA production. Acetylcholine is the neurotransmitter essential for all the nervous systems to sense, connect and respond. Destruction of the Dopamine nervous function will result in excessive conversion of dopamine to adrenalin (stress hormone) for the sympathetic "Flight and Fight". The Dopamine nervous system becomes too weak to power the hypothalamus/pituitary - testicular and - thyroid axis for hormone productions. This will causes mood swing due to deficiency of androstenedione and testosterone in the brain hormone receptors.. 
Destruction of the serotonin nervous function will result in promoting the sympathetic nervous "Fight or Flight", depression, ADD, dopamine deficiency, and etc. The Sympathetic Fight and Fight can cause hypertension, erection withdrawal, premature ejaculation, anxiety, stress, unusual sweating, and mood swing.
The serotonin nerves fail to modulate the nervous signals in the interneurons for eliminate the unwanted sympathetic misfiring or responses. Serotonin can help the nervous systems to regulate the dopamine-adrenalin conversion and block alpha-2 receptors to get too much adrenalin that constrict the arteries essential for erection.
