Over-masturbation and hypothyroidism for no erection and sexual orgasm.

Hi,
I have been having problems with my erection/sex drive for a long time now, but it seemed to be Ok for a few years and now its not.
I just found out that I have Hypothyroidism (My T4 is Ok, but my T3 is very low, TSH was high)
I started treatment with T4 and my T4 wen't up (and TSH went down) but my T3 stayed low. I will start taking T3 very soon (as it is known as the potent horomon).
My blood tests also showed very low LH & FSH (I have done several tests) but my Testosteron is in nomal range (first in the 50% zone and now in the 25% lower zone, over a period of 4 months of testing).
(ohh, I have also started to lose my hair in the last few months, I can shake 50 hairs in a minute, by just tuching my hair, I have alot of hair on my head and on my body).
(I have had 150% prolactin levels above highest normal rate, but now after med (T4) I have high normal prolactin levels)
I seem to have little sperm (about 4 drops) but if I dont ejectulate then I can get a teaspon of sperm.
I used to ejeculate every day with musterbation, but I have had periods when I stoped ejeculating allot but still encountered problems with my female counterparts.
When I am alone and infornt of porn, I can get a hard and good erection (usally I requires my hand for that) and maintain them for as long as I wish. But when I am with a girl, Its hard for me to get aroused, with out working on the pense itself. (female porn)
I have gave you alot of different information, which I have not been able to make order of, even though I have read many many articles about thyroid & pituitary problems. My doctors seem clueless, claiming that my very low LH is ok, as long as I have testosteron in normal range, and my lack of sex drive is psycological or from depression.
