Dear Dr. Lin, It has been four weeks since I started taking the product Viapal-hgh-d plus Detoxil and KavaPlus. I also stopped taking the methotrexate and hydroxychloroquine on the same day.(Sept. 18th) Usually, if I didn't take the prescription drugs for two weeks I would be suffering pain and loss of joint flexability, joint swelling, fatigue and depression. Also, I have to tell you how energised I have been feeling, no tiredness or fatigue. I also do not take the energia or fibra or detoxil on the weekends. I have a busy life. Every weekday morning, I take care of two horses, my koi fish and my three dogs, as well as a garden full of things I freeze and at varying times, my two grandsons, plus all the other things that goes with being a wife and emptynest mother. I had to cancel my doctors appointment and move it to December after my son in law had an accident at work that required surgery and a months recovery. I get plenty of exercise from carrying 50lb bags of feed and moving bales of hay, to reminding some very pampered horses who's boss. Any more advice will be much appreciated and thank you and Mrs. Lin for all you research and products.

You will be getting better and better. In the Alaska's polar weather, the improvement generally is much slower than in the subtropic one. Cooler weather slows down the endocrine function and affects the production of hormones such as DHEA, testosterone, estrogen and prostaglandins. Thank you for your advice about cold weather and the need to warm up the muscles before going out in the morning to take
