Defected sex organs, menstrual disorder and pain, and PMS

Hi,
I am on my period for only one to two days and then I discharge old thick blood for the rest of the days. What causes this?

Does the "rest of the days" mean that you continue to discharge for 25-27 days?
If it means "2 or 3 days", it seems your uterus trap a lot of menstruation flood..

bad? This has been going on for a couple of years
now.

E-mail 2: I should also probably say to you this... when I was
15 (24 now) I had a right side Hysterectomy. They
found out that I was born with two vaginas, one
kidney, two uterus's (one filled with blood), my right
felopian tube (sorry, do not know how to spell it) was
blocked and I had two cysts on my ovaries the size of
softballs. He said all they did was fix the extra
vagina, took care of the cysts and took out the extra
uterus. I have no medical insurance but, I am going to
the gyno next week because the regular clinic can not
find my cervix now.. ugh! So, out of all this.. what
can you tell me about my extra discharge, hon.

I think the outlet of your uterus won't open enough for draining or your uterus won't contract to squeeze out the menstrual blood. Your OB/GYN will decide how to fix this problem. Probably, Your Doc. will remove your uterus.
Normally, the cervix will automatically open and the uterus will contract to discharge the menstrual blood or other wastes into the vagina. Your "cervix" (degraded) and uterus don't function this way. Due to the dynamic change of the cervix and uterus in menstrual cycling, some women whose cervical tissues and uterine-support ligaments won't produce sufficient relaxant prostaglandin(PG) E1 will experience PMS or menstrual pain.
