Breaking penis by penile stretching for no sexual orgasm.

Hello Dr. Lin,
Ive had a problem for some time now. Approx. 5-6 months ago, I was stretching my penis by hand with some technique I had read about. Prior to doing this I had no problem getting an erection, I thought I had them too often actually. I grab it just below the head and hold a stretch. When I did this I felt 2 or 3 distinct pops, I think at the base of the penis but Im not sure,(penis was flacid at the time) but there was no pain. After this, my penis seemed numb for about a week or two then I was able to get an erection but they are not the same as they used to be. I can get an really good erection sometimes, then sometimes I have a problem holding one. Before the injury, I would wake up every morning, haveing to urinate, and I would have an erection.
