On Excessive vaginal white discharge

Hello,

I need an answer to my problem, it has been worrying me for a while now. I have thick white discharge ever so offen, more then regular. Mainley when I have any kind of sexual activities. Is this an infection? Why does it occurring so much if so? It is thick and very white discharge.It also happens alot a week before my cycle starts. Please e-mail me back with so kind of confort are help. Also, when I wear my braws I get rashes under my breast all of the time every season. Could it mean my skin is sensitive to the braws? When I put baby power on the rash it go's away for a couple of hours but then back again. Please help.
