Problems: Greetings Dr. Lin! First off, THANK YOU for your incredible
website!!!! I have a few questions i'd like to ask you if I could:

I am a 28 year old male who has been masturbating since around age 12,
sometimes 3 to 4 times per day. Also, I have been smoking marijuana since

"bashful bladder syndrome" due to the extremely long time it takes to begin urination in a public bathroom, this is ruining my life along with the IC frequency/urgency!
Also, i have a urethral stricture about halfway up my penis, but the doctor
used sounds to stretch it out last August, and the flow seems to be fine for
