Effects of C-section (Cesarean) and hysterectomy on sexual orgasm

Dear Dr. Lin;

I'm a happily married woman of 9 years. I'm 33 years old and have a 7 and 5 year old boy's. My husband and I are very much in love and in tune with one another. We openly talk about sex, what we would like and not like. We have a very active sex life. We enjoy making love 5 to 7 times a week. Before we had children I use to orgasm at least 3 out of the 5 times we made love. All of that abruptly changed after my first son was born by cesarean. We noticed this problem immediately and discussed it with my doctor about 5-6 weeks after the baby was born. The doctor told my husband and I that it was just the baby gitters. This is seven years later and I'm still having difficulty. I also had a hysterectomy 2 years ago. I can orgasm, but it is so discouraging.
